On files.commslabs.org, the whole CommsLabs community can store and exchange files (such as travel documents, work templates, resources) safely, as well as work collaboratively on documents for movement organising.

From this platform, administrators can create and manage accounts.

The platform is based on an open source tool called Nextcloud and allows additional features.

From more work oriented processes such as group channels for the Coordination Team, Activist Advisory Board and Facilitators to preparing and planning for CommsLabs, to making announcements during the event or just hanging out in the "off topic" channel getting to know each other, the Chat space (a.k.a Mattermost) is where everyone can communicate in a safe, secure and autonomous environment.
